Family Child Care

Same level of education and care but in a smaller, home environment

Experience the Benefits of Our Family Childcare Homes: Nurturing, Small Group Environments for Infants through Young School Age Children

Our Family Childcare (FCC) homes are located throughout our local North Shore and Cape Ann cities and towns. Each offers a warm and nurturing, home-based environment operated by an independent provider and overseen by our FCC Director. As with our center-based educators, our providers receive professional development, first aid and CPR training, coaching, mentoring, along with ongoing professional development, support, and resources.

These programs offer a small group setting with lots of one-on-one attention for each child. Children from infancy through young school age spend their days in an enriching environment, engaged in daily curriculum designed to meet each child’s individual and unique developmental needs, building cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills. As with our center-based location, nutritious meals are provided.
