BCLC Preschool/Infant/Toddler Educators:
Our team of Preschool/Infant/Toddler educators ensures that each classroom meets or exceeds the Department of Early Education and Care’s regulations on teacher/child ratios. Our educated, experienced educators are individuals who go above and beyond each and every day to create a program of best practice, to achieve excellence, to recognize and foster the potential of every child, and to embrace the diversity of all of their students and families. Our educators are committed to continuing the advancement of their education.BCLC After School Age Educators:
Our team of After School Age educators help to create an experience for our elementary age children, which is positive, engaging, educational, and rewarding. The School Age educators work with families, the public schools’ adjustment councilors, and outside agencies to help ensure smooth transitions and consistency among all services. Our educators are committed to continuing the advancement of their education.BCLC Transportation Staff:
Our transportation staff are a team of licensed drivers and monitors who help coordinate the daily pick-up and drop-off of our students, while ensuring that safety practices are a top priority with our precious passengers. Drivers and monitors are committed to participating in ongoing trainings, maintaining their vehicles, and keeping current with new regulations.BCLC Chef:
BCLC has an onsite chef who provides the Center with healthy, nutritious meals each day, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner for our school age children. Our chef implements the distribution of these meals to each classroom, ensures that the meals are in compliance with temperature requirements, meet the nutritional guidelines, and adhere to the monthly menu. The chef also orders kitchen supplies and maintains all health and safety standards for the food service.
BCLC also engages Group Leaders, Assistants, Interns and Volunteers.
